1. Service description

We offer free and paid tools that compute and interpret traditional Chinese metaphysics readings (BaZi, ZiWeiDouShu, name analysis, etc.) with optional AI-assisted narrative. The service is provided 'as-is' without warranty of any kind beyond what is required by law.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or crawl the site beyond a normal user rate; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our prompts, prompt templates, or API keys; resell paid reports; submit other people's birth profiles without their permission; use the service to defame, harass, or threaten anyone.

3. Accounts (when applicable)

Today the service is mostly account-less. When we introduce accounts, you will be responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Payment

Paid reports are priced in USD and processed through Stripe. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; tax may be added depending on your jurisdiction. Successful payment unlocks access to the corresponding full report.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day no-questions full refund on any paid report. See the dedicated Refunds page for the process and exclusions.

6. Intellectual property

Site code, design, prompts, illustrations, and original commentary are © BaZi Report and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Traditional source material (e.g. 《袁天罡称骨歌》, 《麻衣相法》, 《三命通会》) is in the public domain. Do not republish our generated reports as your own product.

7. AI-generated content

Narrative reports include text drafted by large language models. We do not warrant that AI output is factually accurate, complete, or free of bias. Treat every reading as one input among many; see the Disclaimer page for detail.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability to you arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to anyone violating these terms or applicable law, with reasonable notice except in cases of abuse, fraud, or legal compulsion.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction. EU and UK consumers retain the rights granted by their local consumer-protection law regardless of this clause.
